e-newsletters: An archive of more than 20 years of my e-mail newsletters. Each includes one of my original essays, along with inspiring quotes, poems, books, movies, music, web sites, and other "Resources For A Richer Life."
"Reflections" postcards: These postcards, which I mailed out for years before I began my email newsletters, start with a thoughtful quote, followed by some of my own, brief, reflections.
"Connections": Columns I wrote as President of the Seattle Counselors Association for SCA's newsletters. Each column looks at ways to live more soulfully.
